What if it reads something wrong?
That's why there's a confirmation check. Everything uploaded gets your eyes on it before you hit approve and it enters the record. When two documents disagree, it shows you both instead of choosing.
Why not just use her patient portal?
Each portal shows what one health system knows. The specialist's portal doesn't know what the discharge nurse changed, and the pharmacy doesn't know what got stopped. Getting access as a family member means a form per system, her cooperation, and often a fax — most people never get it, or get it for one system out of four. The papers in your hand are what you were actually told. Care Record starts from those.
How many people can I track?
Two are included, so both parents fit on one plan. Each additional person is $5 a month. Family seats are always free.
Will my information be private?
Yes. We will never resell identifiable personal information.
Why not a folder, or a shared drive?
A folder requires you to spend time searching. Why do that when everything can live in one database you can use AI to interact with?
